What is Corporate Identity?
Case Study: 3t nails
Introduction and overview
3T Cosmetics was renamed to 3t nails. Sitewards helped in the development of the new Corporate Design and taking over the marketing.
Business Needs
In early 2005, the upcoming firm, 3T Cosmetics decided to concentrate the scope of its business to the lucrative Nails- and Hand-care industry. Sticking to the name '3T Costmetics' could have had a possible adverse effect on the perception of the company among its clientele. As a result of several discussions with the Sitewards team, and based on their suggestion, the proprietors of 3T Cosmetics decided in favour of re-inventing the company as "3t nails".
Key Challenges
Along with narrowing the business focus the target clientele narrowed down to one segment of the Wellness industry - a segment that was populated by brand-loyal end-users and proprietors of Nail-Studios. The most important thing for the new name, 3t Nails was to keep the association with their former name '3T Cosmetics' alive.
Solution(s)
Sitewards planned the complete Corporate Design change for 3T Cosmetics to 3T Nails with a brand new logo, corporate website, office stationery, business cards, product labels, training certificates, new product brochures and marketing collateral such as flags, posters, matchboxes and postcards.
This new Corporate Identity and Design is being launched at the Cosmetica (Wiesbaden) 2005.
This change is also followed by 3t nails' plans to expand further into new territories within and outside Germany. Sitewards is planning 3T Nails' new marketing campaign showing their new Corporate Identity, sporting a new slogan. It is also arranging for 3t nails' plans to run TV Ads and approach their customers with direct-mailing campaigns.
