On 07.05.2008 page 53, the F.A.Z. Rhein-Main issue reported on the prize Hessen based winners of the "Land of Ideas" award in an article titled "Verein Masifunde and Sitewards – 2 new prize winners in the land of ideas". Read the article here.

The largest daily of the region, the ‘Darmstädter Echo’ reported on our award ceremony on 14th April 2008 under the title „Sidewards towards busienss success“ (a rather strange parody of our name). Along with some background information about the competition, the article explains in some detail the award winning Venture Support concept.

The Germany wide series of events "365 places in the land of ideas" introduces 365 plus 1 place in 2008, in which future is being made. The jury selected the winners out of 1,500 applicants.

Sitewards is proud to be part of this series of "special places" among other initiatives and institutions. Echo Online reported on the prize winners from Darmstadt on 19th November 2007 in their section "Südhessen aktuell/Darmstadt".

On 15. 11.2007 experts got together at the IHK Darmstadt to discuss the possibilities of applications of Web 2.0 and its successor, the expected Web 3.0. On the invitation of the radio channel hr-iNFO Sitewards participated in the event covering this hotly discussed topic.

The Hamburger Abendblatt, a Hamburg based daily, published parts of a telephonic interview with Sitewards CEO, Carsten Takac, on the subject of Search Engine Optimisation. The article, "Was macht eigentlich ein Search Engine Optimizer?" ("What does a Search Engine Optimizer actually do?"), appears on page 67 in the section "Beruf & Erfolg" of the edition dated 4./5. March, 2006. The content of the article is around what constitutes the work of a Search Engine Optimizer and how, according to Sitewards, inspite of its importance, the search engine optimisation is only a part of the organisation's outgoing communication.
