Tij Gupta Tij Gupta CEO +49 (0)6151-870 34-13 Tij Gupta spent several years of work in Bangalore (India's Silicon Valley). After five years of marketing experience with India's IT majors, he decided to accept a Marketing role in Germany. Tij Gupta has taken over the role as Sitewards CEO in September 2006 replacing Carsten Takac.
With his excellent business skills and his experience of working with global clients, Tij Gupta brings a fresh and wider outside-in perspective for the whole team and develops innovative business strategies for Sitewards and its customers.
Lars Ax Lars Ax Project & Account Manager +49 (0)6151-870 34-12 As IT consultant, Lars Ax designs IT infrastructure solutions and organizes their technical deployment. In parallel to his studies at the University of Technology in Darmstadt, he worked as a self-employed IT consultant and aquired well-funded knowledge in the domain of MS Servers, network components, groupware, resilience, backup, MS Cluster, wide area networks, CRM. Besides others, investment banks and private equity companies benefitted from his services.
He designs your IT infrastructure - as easy as possible and as complex as necessary.
Lars Ax owns a diploma in computer science.
Constantin Kammerer Constantin Kammerer Art Director & Account Manager +49 (0)6151-870 34-11 Constantin Kammerer is the founder of Sitewards. He had actually graduated with a degree in computer science, but much earlier, during the early years of his study he developed a passion for graphic design and studied it in much detail. For the commercial Internet growing at that time this combination of IT and graphic design know-how was almost ideal. Thus the passion developed into a full-time occupation with Constantin as he went on to develop professional Websites and Designs and has been doing that since an amazing 10 years. This experience has led to many more outstanding creations with the founding of Sitewards over the course of time.
Maik Wigand Maik Wigand IT Consultant +49 (0)6151-870 34-15 Young, dynamic and goal oriented: for one these could be normal human characteristics. For Maik Wigand these are approaches to solutions in IT infrastructure and its technical implementation. Parallel to his professional training Maik gained a lot of practical experience through internships in the areas of server consolidation and rollouts.Maik is a state certified assistant for commercial information technology. He has recently successfully completed his training for IT Security Specialists and is certified MCSA and LPIC-1. His motto is simple: more quality and less costs through innovative IT solution.
Adrian Kaiser Adrian Kaiser Designer +49 (0)6151-870 34-22 Adrian came to Sitewards, because he wanted to develop his skills. They have already covered many milestones in his young life as a designer, but he is too ambitious to be satisfied with what he has achieved and would like to go much further. He works with such passion and virtuoso in Photoshop that one could very well imagine him with an easel instead of the keyboard, a brush instead of the mouse and a canvas in place of the screen. He can transform pixels into works of art. Without losing sight of his goal, Adrian wants to reach the first league of the digital media designer. At Sitewards, he has the opportunity to get there.
Jessica Kammerer Jessica Kammerer Designer +49 (0)6151-870 34-20 Jessica Kammerer came to the webdesign over graphic drawing and painting portraits. After finishing her remote study very successfully, she could already realizes some web projects in self-direction. Beyond that she can contribute practical experience within the ranges Marketing and PR from her past fields of activity. She belongs to the Sitwards team since December 2005.
Fabian Sempf Fabian Sempf Software Developer +49 (0)6151-870 34-14 Fabian belongs to the generation that grew up with the Internet. No wonder, he is programming almost from childhood. Currently he is studying Computer Science and Business Administration at the Darmstadt University of Technology. He lives by the maxim, "The question is never whether something is possible, rather only how!" The flexible and multi-talented coworker tries his hand in all possible areas to contribute to the company's success.
